The Miller Aces were in total control of the game up 3-1 on the Morden Thunder with two innings left to play when some costly defensive errors allowed five Thunder runs in the half inning. Morden went up 6-3 and Miller could not catch a break as the Thunder defense was flawless even when the Aces pounded the ball. As a result of the loss the Aces will put their fate in the hands of the MHSAA and hope for the chance to play for a wildcard spot in Provincials.
